Shipping:

• When you selected liftgate service, the freight company will have a liftgate and a pallet jack that absolutely cannot navigate over steps, stairs, grass or any obstacles and therefore we can only guarantee placement on the curbside.
• Please inspect the shipment before you sign the "Proof of delivery" as free of damaged. Our shipping insurance will not be responsible for shipping damaged if the "Proof of Delivery" is signed.

Warranty:

• Tank, Sump, and Cabinet are covered by a 3 year factory limited warranty.
  • We do not cover physical damage on the tank, sump, and cabinet.
• SCA skimmer and return pump are covered by a 1-year factory limited warranty.
• Warranty only applied to the original owner, sale receipt must be presented for warranty claim.

• Shipping is included with exceptions. If the shipping location is at HI, PR, AK, VI, Florida Key West, Canada or Mexico please contact us for shipping quotation. Shipping to New York City 5 boroughs will have $100 metro surcharge.
• All PNP systems are shipped via LTL Carrier by curbside delivery only. We want to make you aware of the limitations associated with this delivery option
